Gregory Dunfield is President and Owner of GMD Development. Beginning his real estate career in resort brokerage and property management in 1991, he found his niche in 1994 with the young Low Income Housing Tax Credit program as a development associate with the direct corporate investor, PacifiCorp, a large northwest utility. By 1999 Greg was a Partner at Pacific Housing Advisors (later becoming Vitus Development). Greg is an expert in the financial structuring of a wide variety of affordable housing transactions and has personally initiated over 20 new developments and 40 property acquisitions comprising over 5,200 units in his career. For 25 years he has created a strong track record of working with community stakeholders and continues that work with GMD Development, the company he founded in 2011. Greg graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA Honors degree in the Real Estate Development Program and also attended the REDP program at Columbia University in New York City.

Steve Dymoke brings 20 years of experience in multifamily housing to his role developing projects for GMD Development. Steve joined the company in 2013 and has extensive experience in affordable housing, including low income housing tax credits, tax exempt bonds, HUD, FHLB and other grant funding. Prior to joining GMD, Steve was Vice President at Cascade Affordable Housing (affiliate of Pinnacle Management); and Vice President at Security Properties. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from St. Thomas University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Emily Thompson has an expertise that spans the spectrum of real estate development having worked with non-profits, for-profits, and market rate developers on commercial and residential projects for the last 18 years. At GMD she has worked on the preservation and development of affordable housing across the Pacific Northwest, and she currently has approximately 500 units of new housing in Seattle under planning and construction. Throughout Emily’s career in affordable housing, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to the community with the development high quality housing in places of high need. Emily is involved in the Housing Development Consortium of King County as the co-chair of the Tax Credit Affinity Group, and she is a co-chair of the Affordable and Workforce Housing product council with ULI Northwest. She attended the Master’s Degree Program in Urban Planning, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree, from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Tina is a Seattle native who joined the GMD team in May 2016 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She is a graduate of both Washington State University and Western Governors University. Prior to GMD she gained accounting experience working in the healthcare industry. She is responsible for maintaining accurately represented books and records, predevelopment cost compilation and analysis, budgeting and cash flow management, maintaining internal control procedures, and the coordination and review of tax returns and audited financial statements.
Suzanne has more than 25 years of experience in Property Management with over 15 years in multi-family affordable housing management and development. She has a proven track record of managing complex assets and serving the needs of the community. She is committed to crafting asset management policy and advocacy for preservation, sustainability, expansion and development of affordable housing in our communities. Suzanne has effectively implemented asset management policies and procedures designed to effectively and efficiently operate affordable housing portfolios in a sustainable and proactive manner.
She holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and a Managing Broker license with the State of Washington along with STAR515, COS, C3P designations. She received her Bachelor’s degree and Masters in Policy Studies from the University of Washington. In her spare time, she can be found outdoors enjoying the mountains and the Puget Sound on foot, kayak, or bike.
